    This is a vintage 1970's solid perfume Bean compact by Elsa Peretti for
    Halston.
    Or I should say the late Ms. Elsa Peretti - passed just recently- March 18th, 2021.
    The solid perfume had turned bad - to bad to leave it in & sell- so I cleaned it out.
    It is not marked - but it is Elsa Peretti for Halston. She was best friends with Roy
    Halston Frowick better known as "Halston",
    & designed this item for him & he got
    her a contract with Tiffany & Co. So this is a
    pre- Tiffany & Co design & dates to
    the early 70's. The pictures do not do it Justice.
    With magnifying them & using the
    clarity zoom it just does not photograph well at all.
    It works, clasps & unclasps. There
    is no corrosion
    or peeling of any kind. It's quite
    beautiful. This is the purse compact-
    Not the necklace.
