Lavish foil-enhanced cover with embossed features - no serious damage, but there are a number of dings and scratch-like impressions, along with a ridge-buckle that runs the entire length of the left side spine.  I've tried to photograph some of the worst parts up close using the camera flash to try to make them easier to see than what they may appear head on (see last 3 pictures).
Please note that while I try to describe and grade covers as honestly and accurately as reasonably possible, based on my own subjective standards, I don't pretend to know the standards or ideals of others, nor do I examine covers under a microscope, so to speak.  It's also possible that conditions, like wear, can change slightly between the time a cover is originally evaluated and listed and when it eventually sells, sometimes years later.  Also, while I try to generalize my descriptions for brevity's sake, I do try to mention if not photograph areas of potentially significant concern.  But if you need a more detailed examination or have specific ideals that need to be met, be sure to contact me before buying.  I'll be happy to give whatever cover(s) you're interested in a fresh or more thorough look, as I don't want you to be dissatisfied with your purchase anymore than you do.
