Tony B's is small home based, specialty food company, located in the Hudson Valley, in Hurley, New York. we service about 15 outlets from Ghent to the Bronx. We make a variety of refrigerated and  jarred, shelf stable items. The refrigerated products include: Pesto, Hummus, Salsa and Tapenade. The jarred products include several  Marinara sauces, Raspberry Jam, and  Cranberry/Orange Relish. Pesto is by far our best seller and will distribute about 8000 units, this year. It wholesales for .00 has a one month shelf life, and may be frozen.
We did about K in sales, in 2105 and should surpass that for 2106. And that is as one person production staff! This business can be home based or run from a licensed kitchen.
We would like to find someone to continue our product line, the pesto in particular, because we believe there is significant  opportunity for expansion into the New York City/Westchester markets.  We are licensed by New York
Ag and Markets to make and distribute out products, and our recipes have been reviewed and approved by the Department of food Science and Technology at Cornell University. We would provide start up tech support,
