The 6303 is a 4-Wire Kelvin Probe Lead Set with Double Banana Plug Connectors. Kelvin probe configuration reduces the voltage drop in test leads, minimizing measurement inaccuracies, making them excellent for low resistance measurements. This set is compatible with 4-wire test instruments with 0.75" (19.05mm) spacing between the "Source" and "Sense" terminals. Rated 30 Vac/60 Vdc.
