Please note that sometimes with shipping game discs become loose in box - I do not send them loose but I have no control over a disc becoming loose on its way over to you - this generally is NOT a problem as the cd can be placed back in the holder once the game disc is open - I can not guarantee that the disc will not arrive loose in box - thanks for understanding

Shipping
Tracking information with delivery confirmation will be provided for all shipments.
For more expensive items (0+) someone will need to be available for a signature at the time of delivery otherwise you will have to pick up the item at your local post office
Items are usually shipped by the next business day (excludes holidays and Sundays).
We will ship on Saturdays but the item must be purchased by 11 am eastern time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the tracking number has been provided.
Sorry we do not ship to APO/FPO or international addresses.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that are still BRAND NEW UNOPENED AND SEALED in the same condition that the item was shipped in - if not then either the item will be return back to you or you will receive a significantly lower amount in the refund up to 50% deducted from the return.
You must
contact us before shipping the item back in order to receive approval.
If you have any concerns with your item after you've received it, please contact us as we can not fix a problem that we are unaware of.
There is no need to open a request or a case, just message us and we will guarantee you

In case the item is defective or not as described then you will be provided a free return label and the restocking fee will be waived.
