These are a premium Banana Plug which are difficult to find and relatively expensive, but in my opinion well worth it, I use these to manufacture my hand made custom VOM/DVM Probes
These hard to find plugs are also used in making or repairing test leads for Vintage VOMs/VTVMs/Signal Tracers and Generators, Etc...
