Up for auction is a gently used Javalytics JAV-RDA-U Degree of Roast Analyzer. It is similar to an Agtron Color Analyzer and uses the Agtron gourmet scale to determine your coffee roasting degree. These sell for 00 new and this one is gently used in my roastery and in fully functioning condition. It is a much more affordable alternative to an Agtron color analyzer! Included are 3 sample dishes (not pictured), a. case for the sample dishes, and a black/gray calibration disk. This is a must if you are competing in the coffee roasting world!
