Once any product has been shipped to the buyer, the buyer has 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, or  replacement for a damaged product.  The buyer, in most cases will assume the charges for the returned item's shipping costs.  Once the case has been closed, Teri's House of Treasures will ship the replaced product back to the customer for free to resolve any issues and ensure a satisfying purchase from this website.
