Condition: The roaster when acquired had a new motor, heat shield, new screens and gears for the cooling tray and gas gauge. The only blemish is a heat bubble in the outside cover which does not effect its operation. Everything was in working condition when put into storage. Have owned it for over 12 years and rarely used.

1988 Probat Roaster, 12k (26 lbs) per batch, when acquired it had a new heat shield, new motor, new screens and gears for cooling tray. Magnehelic gas gauge for more precision, and was well maintained. Currently set up for natural gas. Have had the roaster for over 12 years and stored most of the time with very little use. The heat bubble in the top cover can be replaced or have custom one made for display purposes. I still have original crate it was shipped on. Will work with buyer to prepare roaster for shipping. The shipping weight is 1,500 lbs., 4 ft. by 5 1/2 ft.
