The Carlisle 1063002 StorPlus polyethylene food storage box is white, measures 18.00 x 12.00 x 3.50 inches, and can be used in a food service facility to hold, carry, or store food or other items. The food storage box is made of polyethylene for light weight, durability, and resistance to cracking and moisture. Corner reinforcements help prevent chipping and cracking. Handles facilitate lifting and carrying. A smooth interior surface facilitates cleaning. Quart, gallon, and liter marks on the sides of the box can be used to measure and portion food. Panels on the sides can be affixed with labels (sold separately) indicating the contents and date for inventory control. Two or more boxes can be nested for compact storage. A Carlisle 1063702 StorPlus Lock-Tight lid (sold separately) can be used with the box to contain food and keep it fresh. The food storage box measures 18.00 x 12.00 x 3.50 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) It has a capacity of 2.00 gallons. The box is dishwasher-safe and withstands temperatures from -40 to +180 degrees F. This food storage box meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 2 for use in food handling and processing.
