    Description
    Differential probes allow for safe, accurate measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground. Model CT2593 features either 10x/100x or 20x/200x attenuation setting, 25 MHz bandwidth and ±700 V or ±1,400 V maximum differential. Compatible with oscilloscope from all major manufacturers, the probe can be battery operated (included) or powered by a universal power adapter (not included). Use applications include:. Precise power semiconductor device measurements. Switching power supply design. Measurement of power converters. Precise measurement of motor drives. Features:. Meets IEC 61010-031 safety standard. Either ±70 V/700 V or ±140 V/1,400 V differential. 25 MHz bandwidth (-3 dB). High CMRR. Protective rubber boot. Reference SI-9002 (CT2593-1) or SI-9001 (CT2593-2).
