If there are no changes stated, we will print your wrapper with our sample wording
A proof of your wrapper will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Once you approve, your order will process in 1-2 business days and then transit (shipping) is usually an additional 5 business days. If we do not hear back with your approval in 24 hours, please know your order will be shipped as the proof design.
Note: When printed, the colors on your wrapper may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen. All monitors are different.

When using USPS sometimes the UNTHINKABLE happens?you DON?T receive your package.
When your candy bars leave our store, they are packaged in perfect condition. However, there are many circumstances once it leaves our store, that are out of our control and we are unable to guarantee your chocolate will arrive in perfect condition.
A tracking number will be issued for your order.
If your package arrives late or gets lost in transit, you are responsible for any follow up needed with your local USPS
During the HOT WEATHER MONTHS (JUNE-SEPT), we only ship our chocolates Monday-Wednesday. We do not want packages to sit on your doorstep and melt. Unless you prefer chocolate soup?.
