You are looking at a used Banke Exhaust Pipe removed from a 1973 Honda XR-75.
These were a popular aftermarket pipe in the mid 70's. Very rare pipe. I purchased this to have it duplicated
Flange is in bad shape (see photos) perhaps a good welder could repair.
pipe has several dents still, a usable restoration candidate. From a barn find.
