Angelite - 3 Pieces Cut & Polished Nodules - Peru. These stones have been cut to have a flat side and the flat sides have been polished.  The other side is in its natural form - rounded, knobby with a chalky white coating.  Beautiful light blue.  Approximately 1 5/8 to 2 inches in the longest direction, and about 5/8 to 7/8 inch thick.  2.8
ounces.  Great stone for energy and crystal healing work.
Angelite is the popular name for Blue Anhydrite (CaSO4) from Peru.  It is found in the form of nodules from the size of a marble to the size of your head.  It has a hardness of 4 on the Mhos scale.  Soft but tough.
