2001 Barbie Tooth Fairy Doll Walmart Special Edition NRFB # 50622 - China
She is brand new and sealed in box. Barbie is ready to make her visit and spread some pixie dust while collecting the lost tooth in the special pouch included for the sleeping child.  She is dressed in a purple lavender dress with silver glitter design and iridescent wings.  Has a special white tooth pouch for the child.  Very pretty doll!!
Great estate find and a lot of effort was made in keeping it in perfect condition.  The box was completely wrapped and do have others in the same condition from this lot which can be found in my other listings, subject to availability.   Just to note - one side has a crease line put does not impact shape of the box.
