Rafer Johnson, while not ignoring or discounting current world tensions and the drug problems at last summer's Pan American Games, flatly predicts the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles will be the greatest ever held. "Peter Ueberroth (president of the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee) and his staff has just done a super job," explained Johnson. "Not only do we think this will be the best Olympics ever held, we also believe it will be the first since 1932 to finish in the black." Preparing for the '84 Olympics keeps Rafer Johnson busy.
